1. What the site is
Covert Horizon is a news aggregator. It automatically collects headlines, short summaries and image links from publicly available news feeds of third-party publishers, research institutes and government bodies, and links to the original articles. We do not write or edit those articles.
2. Third-party content
Articles, headlines, images and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not mean we endorse the publisher or agree with the views expressed. Official statements represent the position of the government that issued them. Linked websites are outside our control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
3. Accuracy and no professional advice
Stories are gathered and sorted automatically and may contain errors, be incomplete or out of date. Indicators such as the Global Tension Level, Conflict Watch and significance scores are automated estimates based on news coverage and are provided for general interest only. Nothing on the site is official, military, security, financial, investment or legal advice. Do not rely on the site for decisions affecting safety, travel or money.
4. Our content
The site's design, code, layout, category system, indicators and original text (such as these pages and the System Spotlight and Upcoming Events listings) belong to Covert Horizon. You may share links to the site freely. Please do not copy the site as a whole or scrape it in bulk without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, disrupts the service, attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or places an unreasonable load on them.
6. Content removal requests
If you own content that appears on the site and would like it removed or shown differently, please contact us. We respond to genuine requests promptly.
7. Advertising
